Due to emacs-straight/org-mode@e22b4eb, a replacement major mode (for
org-mode) can no longer be specified from .dir-locals.el, as it spirals
into infinite recursion. Therefore, a mode: line is needed in all Doom
docs.

Troubleshooting

Sometimes, an unfolded region won't fold back with C-c C-f C-f. To bypass this bug you must delete the folded region (C-c C-f C-d) and then fold it (C-c C-f C-f) again.
