And don't error fatally if migemo isn't installed. Also, don't activate
helm-migemo-mode nor avy-migemo-mode if migemo doesn't initialize.

Description

This module adds support for Japanese script.

Because I am unable to personally test this module, help to improve this module would be greatly appreciated! Especially where performance is concerned.
