TAB now either indents, expands the snippet at point, or expands the
emmet expression at point.
Also it now falls back to emmet-expand-line if yasnippet won't load.

cl-loop & dolist over lambda closures (for mapc[ar], add-hook, and

window-setup hooks; a customization opportunity for users + ensures
custom functionality won't interfere with startup.
