Henrik Lissner	065091bdca	flycheck: use pos-tip in GUI Emacs (linux), popup-tip everywhere else ... Long story short, `flycheck-popup-tip' works everywhere but only looks *ok*. `flycheck-pos-tip' looks great, but only in GUI Emacs on Linux.
