Fewer links means less confusion.
- Merge doom-issue and doom-commit links into doom-ref (for auto-linking
Issue/PR/commit references).
- Merge doom-module-source and doom-docs-source links into doom-source.
- Rename doom-report-issue to doom-report.
- Use '!' as the icon for module issues link.
- Remove doom-repo (replaced with "doom:*" in :lang org module).
- Add doomdir and emacsdir links to :lang org module.

fix(vc): +vc/browse-at-remote in TRAMP buffers
...
vc-ignore-dir-regexp is configured to ignore TRAMP buffers to speedup
projectile. browse-at-remote uses vc-git-root to find git root project
and it will fail to find project root for remote buffers. Temporary
return vc-ignore-dir-regexp to default value.

Overrides ranger-travel to have better mode detection for which
completion framework to use, and default to emacs built-ins instead of
ido.
In theory this should be a temporary fix until ralesi/ranger.el#236 gets
merged, but the maintenance status of ranger.el is not clear.

emacs/undo: increase undo-outer-limit
...
Was missing a 0 (a typo), which meant it was less than its default
value, thus having the opposite effect and making data loss *more*
likely.
Also got rid of outdated comments; I think those have been around since
the sub-v2.0 days of Doom.

Fix #4993 : shorten long file names for caches
...
Emacs generates long file names for auto-save and backup files.
undo-fu-session and tramp are two more big offenders. This fix SHA1s
their file names so they never exceed 40 characters.
Will also affect any package that uses make-backup-file-name-1
directly (like undo-tree).

...
On Windows (or systems that don't support ls),
ls-lisp-use-insert-directory-program will be nil. In these cases, strip
out non-standard switches so they don't throw an error and make dired unusuable.

Fix #4784 : browse-at-remote-prefer-symbolic = nil
...
+ Default browse-at-remote-prefer-symbolic to nil because a permanent
URL is generally more desirable for developers sharing links.
+ 'SPC g y' and 'SPC o o' now support the prefix arg, which will negate
the default value of browse-at-remote-prefer-symbolic for that call.

`git-commit-summary-max-length' should be a number, not a symbol.
`git-commit-major-mode' should be checked more carefully, as otherwise
exploits are possible (e.g. if it is `erase-buffer' or some more
dangerous function of the user's environment).

This is to accommodate users who default to emacs mode, rather than
insert mode. The two are also very alike, so many of these checks should

Add ffap & bug-reference support to +lookup/file
...
And disable bug-reference-mode by default. It produces too many false
positives, particularly in web modes where color hexes in strings and
comments are very common. Now that bug-reference support is built into
+lookup/file (on gf), users can use that instead.
