Noting the lsp-peek handlers as :async 
Without this, subsequent handlers registered (e.g. those from other
completion frameworks) will also pop up in addition to the peek UI.
This creates UI lock-up and is generally undesired.

ef7113d6c4 Fix #5071: don't always emit 128 exit code 
Otherwise it always tries to execute /tmp/doom.sh, which won't exist on
certain code paths.

fa8f73d9ed Revert b80b338b3 
Causes a regression where output was written into /tmp/doom.sh,
producing errors like:

  /tmp//doom.sh: string 4: $'\E[32m✓': command not found

I'll revert this until I have a better solution.

b9e0ee2954 Revert 5c46a5e68 & fix treemacs-evil load order 
I misunderstood the purpose of the new keybinds. They are actually fine.

Also fixes the config load order for treemacs-evil caused by weird
use-package + :after semantics.

Closes #5056
