fix(dired): require needed for `dirvish-side'
...
This prevents getting load errors when calling the command
`+dired/dirvish-side-and-follow' before `dirvish' has been
loaded.

command was previously called `+dired/dirvish-side-or-follow` instead.

emacs/dired: don't enable dired-git-info in ranger
...
It won't correctly disable on `C-c C-e`, but it does work find if
enabled manually.
Also: refactors +dired-enable-git-info-h and map! call

emacs/dired: replace 18f20a531 w/ 'quit-all' command #1937
...
There are a few workflows where having multiple buffers (e.g.
side-by-side) is preferrable, however, `dired-find-alternate-file` kills
the old buffer indiscriminately.
