init.example.el: disable with two semicolons
This avoids disruptive behavior where aggressive reformatting tools -- like parinfer, aggressive-indent, the elisp formatter (in the editor/format module), or even Emacs' own indent-according-to-mode command -- will reindent lines commented with one semicolon far to the right.
